Leagel S.r.l., A leading company specialized in the production of ingredients for the ice cream and pastry industries. Join our Commercial Office team as a Sales Support Specialist, Italian Market, where you will play a key role in ensuring an excellent customer experience and supporting commercial success. In this position, you will manage customer orders, quotations, contracts, and master data while acting as the primary liaison between customers, sales teams, logistics, and internal departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Where You'll Make a Difference

Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently throughout the order lifecycle.
Coordinate with Quality, R&D, Administration, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Create, update, and maintain customer master data in internal systems.
Prepare, review, and issue quotations, contracts, and sales-related documentation.
Monitor customer requests and provide timely support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Validate order details, pricing, and delivery requirements before processing.
Collaborate with the sales team to support commercial activities and customer relationships.
Track shipments and coordinate delivery schedules with logistics partners.
Serve as a key point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Previous experience in a Sales Support, Customer Service, Order Management, or similar commercial role.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Fluent Italian language skills
Good command of English to support communication in an international business environment.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining process accuracy.

How Would You Stand Out?

Experience working with ERP systems, ideally Zucchetti Ad Hoc or similar platforms.
Experience supporting customers in the food, ingredients, manufacturing, or FMCG industry.
Knowledge of sales administration, order-to-cash, or commercial operations processes.
