You’ll work closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Technical Leads, Architects, QA, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into well-designed Salesforce solutions. The role will focus heavily on Lightning development, platform configuration, integrations, and ongoing enhancement of business processes across Salesforce.

  • Develop scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Configure and extend Salesforce using Flow, validation rules, custom objects, permission sets, and other platform capabilities.
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
  • Participate in solution design, technical reviews, code reviews, and estimation sessions.
  • Work closely with BAs and Product Managers to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Support QA, UAT, defect resolution, and production validation.
  • Follow source-control, branching, deployment, and release-management standards.
