As a SAP ABAP Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Application Consulting team, specializing in SAP Technology. You will be responsible for analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support to optimize operational efficiency and help clients achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Finance Technology - SAP Core ERP practice, you will utilize your skills to manage SAP software and solutions, focusing on installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engage in difficult conversations with clients and team members, and uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the success of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored SAP solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Guiding teams in the development and execution of SAP-based projects, confirming timely delivery
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to enhance SAP functionalities
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality and timelines of deliverables
- Encouraging team development through coaching and feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and team members, escalating when necessary
- Promoting the use of innovative SAP technologies such as SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, and SAP NetWeaver
- Validating data integrity and compliance within SAP frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization within client operations
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating advanced skills in SAP ABAP and SAP Fiori
- Utilizing SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver for business transformation
- Excelling in process improvement and optimization strategies
- Embracing technology and innovation in client engagements
- Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance performance
