As a SAP SD Consultant Senior Manager you will lead client-facing consulting work focused on SAP Customer Relationship Management solutions, helping clients improve business processes, implement software, and support adoption across sales and service activities. As a Senior Manager you will guide large workstreams, shape direction with sound judgment, coach teams through complex situations, and use your knowledge of SAP, client needs, and business applications to deliver value within our SAP practice.

In this role at PwC, you will work with senior stakeholders, validate solution approaches, and translate business requirements into practical SAP CRM designs and support plans. You will also contribute to operational excellence by bringing clarity to complex issues, communicating clearly across multiple teams, and driving progress across implementation, training, and post-launch support activities in PwC Acceleration Center Manila.

Responsibilities

- Advising clients on SAP CRM and sales technology solutions to improve customer relationship processes and support business goals
- Leading solution design, deployment, and integration activities across CRM platforms and connected business applications
- Analyzing client requirements and translating them into functional designs, process improvements, and implementation plans
- Directing complex project workstreams, balancing scope, timeline, risks, and stakeholder expectations
- Applying SAP CRM and SAP Cloud for Customer knowledge to configure, validate, and support system enhancements
- Coaching teams through implementation challenges and promoting consistent use of professional and technical standards
- Developing clear presentations and client discussions that connect process needs, solution options, and delivery outcomes
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement, service management, and business process performance

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 to 15 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- At least one SAP Customer or S/4HANA customer-facing certification
- Leading SAP SD client engagements with complex sales processes
- Advising clients on Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data
- Crafting clear messages that align teams around solutions
- Applying systems thinking to diagnose process gaps
- Coaching diverse teams through ambiguity and change
- Translating customer needs into scalable SAP recommendations
