As a SAP SD Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, and provide training and support to optimize their customer relationship management processes. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and helping clients achieve their strategic objectives through seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity. This role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize customer relationship management processes
- Enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving strategic objectives through effective CRM solutions
- Utilizing business process consulting skills to improve operational efficiency
- Managing deployment and design implementation of CRM software solutions
- Conducting customer needs analysis to tailor CRM solutions effectively
- Engaging in customer liaison to foster strong client relationships
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 to 7 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Customer or S/4HANA customer-facing solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data platforms
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex business processes
- Excelling in business process consulting and improvement strategies
- Navigating customer relationship management with CRM software expertise
- Embracing change and intellectual curiosity in dynamic environments
