As a SAP SD Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Application Consulting group, focusing on SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications. This role is crucial in enabling clients to optimize customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives within our Digital Core Modernisation network.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback, all while navigating through complexity and demonstrating composure in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solutions
- Leading teams in the strategic planning and execution of CRM initiatives to optimize customer relationship management processes
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications
- Collaborating with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into CRM solutions
- Directing teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and adaptability
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within CRM processes
- Developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams to drive project success
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to enhance team effectiveness
- Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's code of conduct
- Building and maintaining relationships with business leaders to identify and address CRM challenges
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across CRM teams

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 to 15 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Customer or S/4HANA customer-facing solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data platforms
- Leveraging influence to drive strategic initiatives
- Excelling in business process consulting and improvement
- Demonstrating advanced skills in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM
- Applying systems thinking to identify opportunities
