What success looks like in this role:
In deiner Rolle als SCRUM Master führst du ein heterogenes, agiles Team als Servant Leader und Coach (SAFe, Scrum oder DevOps Team) unter Einhaltung der (Ziel-)Vorgaben
Du stellst sicher, dass dein Team störungsfrei arbeiten kann und realisierst mit ihm die aus dem Backlog zugewiesenen und vereinbarten Stories unter Einhaltung der "Definition of Done".
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Eine fundierte IT-Ausbildung auf tertiärer Stufe (Uni, FH oder HF)
3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master/Product Owner in Digitalisierungsprojekten in komplexen Organisationen
Zertifizierungen in SAFe und Professional Scrum Master /Certified Scrum Master oder Product Owner sind absolutes Muss
Vorteilhaft ist HERMES 5.0 oder Hermes Advanced
Du bist generell eine sehr kommunikative Persönlichkeit und kannst Dich sowohl mündlich wie schriftlich stilsicher in Deutsch ausdrücken, wobei Englisch und Französisch ein klares Plus wären
