Education & Work experience:

5+ years of AWS and Python development engineer experience within the Financial Services and Data domains

Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or IT related field or equivalent IT related experience.

IT Skills

Deep experience of AWS solutions incl. Step Functions, Glue, Lambda, RDS, (e.g. DynamoDB, Aurora Postgres), SQS, API Gateway, Athena

Direct, proven experience of thedelivery and optimizationof high-performance data pipelines

Comfortable with data analysis and SQL

Familiar with DevOps practises, implementation of infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform, usage of CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated test and deployment processes

Familiar with container technologies

Soft Skills
