【募集背景】
SDV(Software Defined Vehicle)時代に向けたビークルデータマネジメントについて検討・開発を進めています。
SDVではデータを利活用し、車の価値を高めることが期待されています。本ポジションでは、日産自動車で蓄積した車両のプローブデータ（位置・動き・状態を収集した実データ）やECUのログデータを、バッテリーやHVACなどの各機能担当者が利活用できるよう運用する役割を担っていただきます。
【業務内容】
＜担当業務＞
各車両ECUより蓄積された通信データ等を活用し、既存機能の品質向上および新機能開発を推進するための企画・戦略立案から実行支援までを担っていただきます。
ー車両のプローブデータ/ログデータ利活用に向けた戦略策定
ー車両のプローブデータ/ログデータの品質管理
ー各機能担当に対するデータ利活用のコンサルティング、推進支援
など

10名程度の規模のチームで、中途採用の方が多いメンバー構成です。異業種からの中途採用者も多いので多種多様な考え方をベースに議論することができます。また、社内外や国内外とのコミュニケーションが多い職場となります。内、本業務担当5-6名予定。

■MUST
以下のスキル・経験を有していること
・複数システム、部品間の複合課題に取り組めること
・企画力、戦略策定力が有り、周囲を巻き込んで推進することが出来ること
・英語によるコミュニケーションに抵抗なく取り組める。
（読み書きに苦手意識がなく、入社後英語力の向上に努める意向をお持ちであること）
・自動車業界への興味・関心があること
■WANT
・自動車業界関連のご経験（車両関連の知識・経験のある方）
・自動車業界での電子アーキテクチャ経験（CANまたはEthernet/複数ECUを横断したシステム開発経験）
・電子システム・電子部品開発経験
・IT、ソフトウェア開発スキル（特にデータ）
・故障診断機能の開発経験
・TOEIC：600点以上

【年収レンジ：月次給（ 参考値 ）】
230,000円～439,000円
※経験・専門性を考慮した上で総合的に確定いたします
想定年収（ 参考値 ）
約410万円～760万円
・月次給×12か月分+ 賞与（目安値）
・賞与金額は参考値であり、実際の支給時期、金額、支払い条件等については都度決定されます。
※残業手当等、従業員賃金規則に基づき、別途支給
