【ミッション】
・当社が提供するManaged Detection and Response（MDR)サービスにおいて、お客様環境の監視・アラート調査からインシデント対応・レポート作成までを担い、お客様環境でのサイバー攻撃の早期発見から被害の最小化を目指します。

【主な業務内容】
・インシデントが疑われるイベントの調査・分析、および監視・対処オペレーションの遂行、ならびにオペレーションの構築・改善
・オペレーション等の自動化、調査レポート作成、お客様対応（お問い合わせ対応／インシデント報告／サービスレビュー等のミーティング）
・MDRサービスの機能強化、新サービス企画によるサービス拡張
・アラート・ログデータの統計分析による検知ロジックのチューニング、異常検知・相関分析の高度化
・MDR運用データ（インシデント件数、SLO、検知傾向等）の可視化・分析による、サービス品質改善のためのインサイト創出
・脅威対応サポート、社内外への脅威動向に関する情報発信
　※監視は海外リージョンにいる日本人チームと連携し24時間体制で実施していますが、本ポジションは日本の日中時間帯を担当します

【応募要件（必須）】
・サーバ、ネットワーク、クラウド基盤、インフラの運用・構築経験などのIT関連経験（3年ほどの目安）
・お客様からのお問い合わせ対応を含む、円滑なコミュニケーション能力と折衝経験
・サイバーセキュリティ業界に対する関心・情熱（業務経験の有無を問わず、脅威動向へのキャッチアップ意欲があること）
・英語によるコミュニケーション（まずは読み書きレベルでOKですが、将来的には会話力の向上が必要です。海外チームとのケースエスカレーションや定例ミーティング、トラブル対応時のやり取りで使用します）

・日本語によるビジネスコミュニケーション能力（社内外の関係者との円滑なやり取りが必要なため必須）

・マルウェアなどの解析業務の経験
・プログラムの開発経験（オペレーションの自動化など）
・生成AI/LLMを活用した業務効率化・エージェント実装の経験
・データ分析・統計解析の経験/機械学習・異常検知モデルの構築・活用経験
・SIEM/XDRによるログ分析・検知ロジック（相関ルール等）の作成経験
・ウイルス対策を含むセキュリティ製品のサポート経験
・エンドポイント、あるいはネットワーク向けのマネージドサービスの提供経験

・サービス改善・新サービス立ち上げにおけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験
