Job responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify new business opportunities and work collaboratively with the sales team to expand the client base.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of AI solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on account status, progress, and forecasts to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure client satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor junior account managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the AI or technology industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts successfully.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in various industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
