En Coforge estamos buscando Senior AI Engineer (#20930-12-1) con el siguiente perfil.
Responsabilidades principales
• Diseñar y liderar soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial de extremo a extremo, tomando decisiones de arquitectura y asegurando su implementación en producción.
• Desarrollar soluciones basadas en LLMs, IA Generativa, RAG y agentes de IA utilizando frameworks como LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex o Semantic Kernel.
• Diseñar e implementar soluciones escalables sobre plataformas de datos como Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Synapse o similares.
• Llevar soluciones de IA a producción, incluyendo deployment, monitoring, observability y troubleshooting.
• Diseñar estrategias de evaluación de IA, métricas y ciclos de feedback para garantizar la calidad y efectividad de las soluciones.
• Colaborar con equipos técnicos y de negocio para resolver problemas ambiguos y de alto impacto.

Requisitos indispensables
• 5+ años de experiencia en Software Engineering, Data Science, ML Engineering o AI.
• Capacidad para trabajar con alta autonomía y tomar decisiones de arquitectura.
• Dominio avanzado de Python, APIs, testing y System Design.
• Experiencia sólida con LLMs e Inteligencia Artificial Generativa.
• Experiencia con RAG, AI Agents y Agentic Workflows.
• Experiencia con LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel o frameworks similares.
• Experiencia con plataformas de datos a gran escala como Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Synapse o similares.
• Experiencia llevando soluciones de IA a producción, incluyendo deployment, monitoring, observability y troubleshooting.
• Conocimiento de data pipelines, feature strategies y evaluation datasets.
• Capacidad para identificar y mitigar hallucinations, bias, data leakage y otros failure modes de sistemas de IA.
• Capacidad para balancear accuracy, cost, risk y scalability.
Requisitos deseables
• Experiencia diseñando métricas de evaluación de IA, feedback loops y estrategias de mejora de calidad.
• Experiencia liderando soluciones end-to-end en entornos empresariales.
• Experiencia resolviendo problemas de negocio ambiguos y de alto impacto.
• Experiencia influyendo en decisiones técnicas y definiendo estándares y buenas prácticas de IA.
• Experiencia mentoreando a otros ingenieros.
