About the Opportunity & Team

This role sits within the FP&A and Investor Relations team, reporting directly to the Senior Director, FP&A. Located at our corporate headquarters in New York, this position operates at the intersection of internal corporate strategy and external financial communications.

Following our continued scaling phases, this high-visibility role is responsible for translating complex operational and financial performance into clear strategic insights. You will collaborate daily with department heads, Finance leadership, and executive stakeholders to support our corporate finance infrastructure, sharpen analytical rigor, and shape Teads’ financial story for senior leadership and the public markets.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical FP&A Senior Analyst to own corporate finance business partnering while also supporting Investor Relations. This role will translate complex financial and operational performance into clear insights and narratives for both senior leadership and external stakeholders.

You will serve as a key partner across department leadership, while also helping shape the company’s financial story — connecting operating performance, financial results, and strategic direction.

What You’ll Do

Investor Relations & Executive Support

  • Support the development of investor-facing information, including earnings and script support, Board and Audit Committee presentations, and ad hoc analysis
  • Translate business performance into clear, concise financial narratives for internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner with senior leadership to ensure consistency and clarity in messaging

Management Reporting & Insights

  • Own preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior leadership
  • Build and maintain dashboards that synthesize large, complex datasets into clear insights
  • Deliver variance analysis and forward-looking recommendations tied to business performance

FP&A Process & Systems Development

  • Help scale FP&A processes, reporting frameworks, and planning capabilities as the business grows
  • Drive improvements in data quality, reporting efficiency, and forecasting accuracy
  • Support implementation and optimization of planning tools (e.g., Planful or similar platforms)

Corporate Finance & Business Partnering

  • Serve as the finance partner to corporate function leaders, owning budget, forecast, and headcount planning for assigned cost centers
  • Identify efficiency opportunities and support investment decisions with ROI and post-investment tracking
  • Link function-level spend to company-wide Adjusted EBITDA targets and guidance

What Will You Bring to the Team?

Must-Haves (The Baseline Bar)

  • Core Experience: 3 to 5 years of progressive experience within corporate FP&A, commercial finance, investor relations, or investment banking/corporate finance analytics.
  • Technical & Modeling Expertise: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel; comfortable handling and manipulating large, complex datasets.
  • Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience supporting revenue forecasting, gross margin analysis, or operating expense management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts clearly to non-finance department leaders and senior executives.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Work Authorization: Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice-to-Haves (The Performance Multiplier)

  • Ecosystem & Platform Fluency: Prior hands-on experience with enterprise planning platforms (e.g., Planful, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights) or integrating AI tools and automation scripts into financial workflows.
  • Fast-Growth Agility: Demonstrated success building scalable FP&A or IR processes from the ground up in a fast-paced technology, media, or SaaS environment.
  • Financial Credentials: Progress toward or completion of relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA charterholder or CPA).

What You’ll Get

At Teads, your scope is bigger than your title. Here is what you can count on in return:

  • Meaningful scope & real ownership - direct autonomy over executive-level deliverables and corporate finance workflows.
  • Global exposure and complex challenges - build narrative and modeling rigor at a massive scale: 2.2Bn users/month and 18Bn ad opportunities/day.
  • Direct leadership access - close, daily visibility with corporate executives and cross-functional leaders.
  • Smart, ambitious peers - collaborate with dynamic teams across 30+ global markets in a high-growth environment.
