- Maintain lease documentation, process procedures, control evidence and audit support; provide training and guidance to regional and local Finance teams on global lease processes.
- Serve as a key Finance SME for the lease-system RFP and implementation, including requirements definition, vendor evaluation, data cleansing and migration, user acceptance testing and implementation.
- Support the design, testing and ongoing monitoring of interfaces between the lease platform and ERP, including the future automation of lease balance-sheet and income-statement accounting.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate and strengthen the global lease process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to interpret lease contracts and translate commercial terms into lease-system and accounting requirements.
- Strong analytical, data-quality, reconciliation and problem-resolution skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong control discipline, including the ability to execute SOX controls and maintain complete audit evidence.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to work effectively with large datasets, system outputs and interface reconciliations.
- Experience with system implementations, data migration, UAT or finance-process transformation is preferred.
