Job Description

The Senior Analytics Manager is the strategic and operational leader of the digital analytics practice. This position is responsible for directing the technical vision of the most complex accounts, leading and mentoring Analytics Managers and Executives, and ensuring operational excellence, commercial sustainability, and client satisfaction at the portfolio level.

You'll act as the primary trusted advisor for executive leaders, account directors, and international clients, translating major business challenges into technology architectures, data strategies, and advanced measurement solutions (MarTech/Data). Additionally, this role is responsible for defining quality standards, governance, and methodological frameworks for the technical team.

Responsibilities

Strategic Account Leadership and Client Management

Full Portfolio Ownership: Lead end-to-end analytics and measurement strategy for the most complex or high-impact business accounts.

Executive Interfacing and Complex Conversations: Conduct and lead strategic meetings, scope negotiations, and sensitive discussions with high-level stakeholders (C-Level, VP, Brand/Technology Directors), maintaining executive judgment, diplomacy, and a results-oriented focus.

MarTech Solution Design: Create the vision for omnichannel data and measurement architecture (e.g., GCP/BigQuery integrations, Server-Side GTM, Conversions API, privacy frameworks, attribution modeling).

People Leadership, Mentorship & Governance

Team Mentoring: Mentor and guide Analytics Managers and technical teams, driving their professional growth, autonomy, and management capabilities.

Data Governance and QA: Establish quality standards, development best practices, tagging architectures, and work methodologies to be adopted by all technical team levels.

Process Optimization: Design and implement efficient operational processes to ensure timely deliveries and reduce technical bottlenecks.

Risk Escalation & Account Growth

Strategic Risk Management and Escalation: Serve as the primary escalation point for resolving complex technical or operational issues. Evaluate the strategic impact of any deviation and execute immediate mitigation plans to protect client relationships.

Business Development and Upselling: Actively identify opportunities to expand the technological stack of current clients and collaborate closely with Growth/Sales teams on strategic pitches and commercial proposals for new clients.

Requirements

Strong experience leading technical analytics teams and managing the professional development of other team members or managers.

Demonstrated ability to lead difficult conversations, negotiate priorities, and manage expectations with global clients.

Ability to connect detailed technical implementation with clients’ financial and strategic objectives.

Expert command of GA4 (Google Analytics 4), behavioral analytics tools (e.g., Quantum Metric), and attribution/measurement platforms (Appsflyer, Adobe Analytics, among others).

Advanced experience with Google Tag Manager (Client-Side and Server-Side), First-Party Data architectures, privacy/CAPI solutions, and other tagging tools such as Tealium.

Advanced command of SQL, data modeling, and hands-on experience in cloud environments (e.g., Google Cloud Platform/BigQuery, Snowflake, Azure, among others).

Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML applied to complex tagging environments, APIs, Webhooks, and DataLayers.

Ability to design executive visualization architectures in Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.

Fluent English (Advanced Conversational and Technical) is essential to lead sessions with international teams and global clients.
