Senior Application Engineer

Drive Innovation: Spearhead innovation processes, identifying opportunities for process and product improvements or new introductions to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.

Conduct In-Depth Analysis: Perform market research and technical analysis to inform strategic decisions and maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Materials Science, Chemical, Electrical, or related technical discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–7+ years of experience in an Application Engineering, Technical Services, Product Engineering, or related customer‑facing technical role.
• Demonstrated experience providing technical consultation to internal stakeholders and external customers to support business growth and customer success.
• Proven ability to develop and adapt technical solutions for customer‑specific applications, including design modifications and performance optimization.
• Hands‑on experience leading or contributing to problem‑solving initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Experience supporting testing, validation, and qualification of products, materials, or systems to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance.
• Track record of working in cross‑functional and cross‑site teams, collaborating with R&D, manufacturing, sales, quality, and marketing.
• Experience conducting technical analysis and market research to support product strategy, customer applications, or innovation efforts.
