As a Senior Associate - Corporate Tech Strategy – Digital & AI, you will play a pivotal role in guiding corporate clients through the dynamic technology landscape. You will leverage your strategic insight and digital fluency to align technology and AI strategies with business priorities, helping clients define transformation roadmaps and unlock business value through emerging technologies. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain exceptional standards. You will focus on building client relationships, developing a deeper understanding of business contexts, and inspiring teams to deliver quality outcomes.

Within our Strategy practice, you will be part of a team that specializes in developing and implementing strategic plans to leverage technology for business growth and innovation. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with stakeholders to align technology strategies with overall business objectives, driving competitive advantage. You will support project delivery from scoping to conclusion, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop solutions. By building meaningful client relationships and mentoring junior team members, you will contribute to the delivery of quality work and the firm's overall business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop strategic recommendations
- Collaborating with clients to identify growth opportunities and optimize operations
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to leverage technology for business innovation
- Aligning technology strategies with overall business objectives to drive competitive advantage
- Designing multi-year digital and AI transformation roadmaps for corporate clients
- Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to support technology alignment
- Utilizing critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop solutions
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for technology investments
- Mentoring junior team members to deliver quality work and maintain professional standards
- Supporting project delivery from scoping to conclusion while keeping client goals in mind
- Developing a thorough understanding of business contexts and technology operating models
- Utilizing firm methodologies and technology resources effectively to enhance client outcomes
- Designing technology operating models and unlocking business value through modernization
- Evaluating and piloting emerging technologies to strengthen business resilience and advantage
What You Must Have
- At least a Master in Business Administration's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
