As a Senior Associate - Deals - Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC), you will engage with clients to drive value creation through strategic deal-making and commercial diligence. Within our Deals practice, you will be at the forefront of advising private equity clients on maximizing their investments and identifying growth opportunities. This role involves analyzing complex business scenarios, developing strategic insights, and delivering impactful solutions that align with client objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build meaningful client relationships and navigate complex business environments. You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture. Your ability to anticipate client needs and deliver quality solutions will be crucial in enhancing client satisfaction and driving business success.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing strategic advice and insights that contribute to their success. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the future of our clients' businesses and enhancing the value of their investments.

Responsibilities

- Developing acquisition strategies and deal structures to support client objectives
- Conducting financial modeling to evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions
- Implementing M&A strategies to drive successful post-merger integration
- Engaging in strategic planning to identify value creation opportunities
- Collaborating with clients to enhance commercial diligence processes
- Utilizing analytical skills to assess and optimize deal outcomes
- Supporting the development of comprehensive value creation plans
- Advising on strategic initiatives to improve business performance

What You Must Have

- At least an MBA degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for a Master's of Business Administration degree
- Demonstrating proficiency in acquisition strategy and deal structures
