As a Senior Associate in OneStream Implementation for Finance Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in delivering client-focused finance consulting services. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex financial operations and develop solutions that meet client needs. This position involves direct client support, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and anticipate client requirements effectively.

As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to navigate complex situations and deliver quality work. You will be responsible for mentoring junior team members, guiding them through client engagement tasks, and maintaining professional standards. Your role will involve using a broad range of methodologies and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems, while also developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be instrumental in driving finance operations projects, enhancing your personal brand, and growing your technical skills. You will embrace increased ambiguity, using these moments as opportunities to ask questions and grow professionally.
Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation of OneStream solutions to enhance financial operations
- Managing financial data mining and analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Developing financial models and forecasts to guide budgeting and planning processes
- Overseeing financial statement preparation and review to maintain accuracy and compliance
- Coordinating financial reporting and internal controls to support operational excellence
- Utilizing financial system administration skills to optimize finance operations
- Supporting client engagements by providing insights into financial strategy and management
- Collaborating with teams to drive financial services operations and improve efficiency
- Embracing change and fostering an environment of continuous improvement in finance solutions
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex financial challenges and deliver client value
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
