As a Senior Associate - Strategy - Enterprise & Functional Strategy (GS&R), you will engage with clients to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth and business model reinvention. Within our Strategy practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex business challenges and deliver innovative solutions that align with client objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional standards. You are building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical skills, and enhancing your awareness of strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities
- Developing strategic solutions to drive business transformation and growth
- Conducting competitive analysis to inform go-to-market strategies
- Leading business process consulting initiatives to optimize organizational performance
- Collaborating with clients to design and implement business strategy frameworks
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of enterprise-level initiatives
- Utilizing strategic planning skills to support business model reinvention efforts
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities
- Analyzing business processes to recommend improvements and efficiencies
What You Must Have
- At least a Master in Business Administration's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
