Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem.
This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.
THE ROLE
Partner with Legal, Digital Technology Group (DTG/IT), and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize systems that support Everpure’s global Legal function. Reporting to the Director, Legal Operations, you will serve as a senior individual contributor driving CLM platform success, system integrations, and intake workflows to scale legal service delivery. You will turn complex business requirements into high-performing legal systems and reliable processes, enabling agile operations across the organization.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Drive CLM lifecycle and administration: Lead business-side CLM implementations, platform enhancements, workflows, templates, metadata, permissions, and continuous optimization to maximize contract delivery and user adoption.
Design scalable requirements and process workflows: Analyze business needs and map current- and future-state processes into functional specs, user stories, test cases, and UAT plans that connect Legal systems with upstream and downstream platforms.
Support legal technology ecosystems: Support and optimize other Legal systems—including intake and workflow, legal service delivery, matter management, e-billing, and AI-enabled tools—in close coordination with DTG/IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Manage initiative execution and enablement: Maintain delivery roadmaps, backlogs, risks, dependencies, playbooks, process documentation, and training content to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Establish data quality and operational metrics: Define metadata standards, cross-system data flows, and reporting controls to deliver accurate performance insights and dependable legal operations.
WHAT YOU BRING
Proven CLM and legal systems expertise: Substantial background leading or materially owning enterprise CLM implementations, post-launch administration, and supporting core legal technology platforms like matter management, e-billing, or workflow intake.
Strong systems analysis and delivery capability: Demonstrated mastery in requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT execution, and functional design within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid development environments.
Cross-functional coordination and communication skills: Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills to partner independently with attorneys, IT engineers, vendors, and cross-functional business stakeholders.
Autonomous problem-solving: Ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and independently propel system projects from discovery to launch.
Location requirement: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
