Senior Compliance Manager
About our client:
- Top Chinese Asset Management Institution
Location:
- Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a hands-on investment compliance professional within a Compliance team of 6 members
- Conduct pre-trade and post-trade reviews using Bloomberg AIM
- Code compliance rules in Bloomberg AIM
- Maintain and update investment compliance policies
- Provide investment compliance advice to investment teams
- Perform general compliance tasks as required
Pre-requisites:
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable university; Master’s degree is preferable
- 3-8 years of solid experience in investment compliance, with hands-on experience in Bloomberg AIM
- Experience in a well-established asset management firm is preferable
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements, including the Fund Manager Code of Conduct, UT Code, MPF regulations, etc.
- Strong understanding of the asset management business
- Good knowledge of SFC authorized funds, UCITs, Cayman SPC, etc.
- Proficient in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
