Job Description & Summary

Would you like to be part of an inspiring and stimulating environment? Then, Senior Consultant Performance and Restructuring is the right position for you. The Performance and Restructuring team help under-performing companies find the best way forward for the business and its stakeholders.

This is what you'll do

You advise underperforming Dutch and European companies on performance improvement, restructuring, refinancing, accelerated M&A and insolvency options – finding the best way forward for the business and its stakeholders. From family-run organizations to major listed multinationals, you help underperforming businesses understand and solve their problems. That might mean coming up with strategies to turn the company around, restructure its operations or financing structure or even guiding it through an insolvency process.
