Senior Engineer

Motor Control Algorithm Development:

• Design and implementField-Oriented Control (FOC) algorithmsinC and assemblyfor high-performance motor control.
• Ensurecontrol stability, noise reduction, and fast motor response timethrough optimized software design.
• Developtime-critical subroutinesin assembly language for real-time performance.

System-Level Problem Solving:

• Work cross-functionally withproduct, hardware, and motor engineersto troubleshoot and resolve system-level technical challenges.
• Managesoftware version control(C, assembly, production HEX files) and implementchange managementfor design updates.

Debugging & Optimization:

• Utilizelogic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and debuggers(simulators/emulators) for software validation.
• Conductcode size optimizationand develop specialized modules forproduct safety & lifecycle testing.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:Bachelor’s/Master’s inElectrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Experience:5+ years inembedded software developmentfor motor control systems.

Technical Expertise:Proficient inC programmingandassembly language(for MCUs).

• Strong knowledge ofFOC algorithms, real-time control systems, and MCU resource optimization.
• Hands-on experience withlogic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and embedded debugging tools.

Soft Skills:Excellentcross-functional collaborationwith hardware and firmware teams.

• Strongproblem-solving, analytical, and version control managementskills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience withmotor noise reduction techniquesandhigh-speed response tuning.
• Familiarity withautomotive/industrial safety standards(ISO 26262, IEC 61508).
• Knowledge ofRTOS and low-level driver development.
