Responsible for improving product quality performance and yield through enhanced process control and effective team corporation for product integration, efficiency & cost improvement, and customer complaint handling.

Job Location:

Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan Ltd. Kaohsiung Branch is located in Kaohsiung Nanzih Technology Industrial Park, home of many high-tech companies and Vishay is the one of the few foreign companies. At Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan Ltd. Kaohsiung Branch provides you with responsible and ethical leadership and we promote sound environmental health and safety principles and practices by encouraging open communication with employees, governmental agencies, suppliers, contractors, customers, and industry groups.

What you will be doing:

Quality of products, yield, and process control.
Problem solving for integrated technical engineering issue.
Cost saving for process and process related activities.
Productivity improving.

What you will bring along:

Academic/Professional education bachelor's degree in engineering.
2 years min. in dicing or packaging engineering.
Process/Equipment/Quality Assurance regulations /Physics for packaging assembly.
