Together with the Product Owner, you will form a leadership duo as Lead Software Engineer (m/f/d) for a software engineering team.

Du entwickelst Frontend und Backend unseres Direct Load TMS — von der Angular-UI bis zu den Services dahinter
Du baust event-getriebene Backend-Services mit Java/Kotlin, Kafka, Event Sourcing und CQRS
Du sorgst für eine exzellente User Experience in enger Zusammenarbeit mit UX-Design
Du treibst die Internationalisierung unseres Systems aktiv voran
Du arbeitest eng mit Fachexperten aus der Logistik zusammen, um die richtigen Lösungen zu finden
Du gestaltest die Architektur über den gesamten Stack mit und hinterfragst bestehende Ansätze konstruktiv
Du verantwortest gemeinsam eure Services im Betrieb mit (Observability, Troubleshooting, Performance)
Du förderst Codequalität durch Reviews, Pair Programming und den Aufbau sinnvoller Standards

Frontend: Angular, Angular Material, TypeScript
Backend: Java, Kotlin, Kafka (Event Streaming), Event Sourcing, CQRS
Datenbanken: MongoDB / DocumentDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch
Plattform: AWS, Kubernetes
Observability: Prometheus, Grafana
Über Dich
Zwingend erforderlich:
Mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrung in der Fullstack-Entwicklung — sowohl Frontend (Angular, TypeScript) als auch Backend (Java oder Kotlin)
Erfahrung mit event-getriebenen Architekturen (Kafka, Event Sourcing, CQRS) oder die nachweisbare Bereitschaft, dich zügig einzuarbeiten
Gespür für gute UX und die Fähigkeit, mit Designern auf Augenhöhe zu arbeiten
Eigeninitiative und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen — wir suchen jemanden, der wirklich mitziehen will
Interesse an der Logistikdomäne und Lust, fachliche Zusammenhänge zu durchdringen
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
Von Vorteil:
Erfahrung mit Angular Material oder anderen Component Libraries
Solides Verständnis von reaktiver Programmierung (RxJS)
Kenntnisse in cloud-nativer Entwicklung (AWS, Kubernetes)
Erfahrung mit Testing-Strategien über den gesamten Stack (Unit, Integration, E2E)
Erfahrung mit internationalen Rollouts oder Multi-Tenant-Architekturen
AI-Tools teamweit innerhalb des Softwareentwicklungsprozesses eingesetzt
