Senior Fullstack Engineer – Enterprise Data Collaboration

What You Will Need to Succeed
Fullstack Engineering Foundation

8+ years building complex, data-driven web applications and backend services

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and the React ecosystem

Experience designing and building backend services in Java or Node.js

Experience with GraphQL and/or REST APIs — both consuming and designing them

Working knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases

Distributed Systems & Quality

Experience designing and operating distributed services and microservices

Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka or similar)

Hands-on experience with E2E and unit testing (Playwright/Cypress, Jest, or equivalent), integrated into CI/CD

Comfortable in cross-layer architectural discussions — trade-offs between frontend, API, and backend

AI & Engineering Productivity

Experience using AI tools to improve development workflows

Practical mindset toward improving engineering velocity with AI

Great to Have

Experience with Snowflake or modern cloud data warehouses

Experience with workflow orchestration systems (Temporal or similar)

Exposure to cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure) and Kubernetes

Experience mentoring engineers and influencing architectural direction
