CGI and visualisation
- Produce high-quality renders, aerial views, eye-level perspectives, axonometric diagrams and planting visualisations for milestone submissions from Concept through Detailed Design.
- Build and refine 3D scenes from Revit LA, Civil 3D, SketchUp or Rhino models, working with BIM Coordinators so that visuals stay consistent with the current design.

- Produce animations, fly-throughs and real-time walkthroughs for client workshops and bid interviews.
- Carry out post-production to a consistent finish, including entourage, atmosphere, lighting and colour grading appropriate to the Gulf climate.
Graphic design and presentation

- Design and typeset milestone reports, masterplan documents, design statements and presentation decks in InDesign and PowerPoint.

- Prepare competition boards and award-entry visuals, and write photography briefs for completed projects.

Quality, standards and brand

- Check all client-facing visuals against approved templates and Omrania by Egis brand guidelines before issue.
