Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Senior IT Engineer (Saudi National) to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide first-line support to users who contact the help desk by phone or email.
Respond to calls and emails from end users who need assistance throughout the day, troubleshooting help desk tickets for both on-site and remote users.
Investigate user problems, identify their causes, determine possible solutions, and test and implement appropriate resolutions.
Troubleshoot applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational issues.
Research and analyze trends in help desk tickets submitted by team members.
Assist with network and PC preventive maintenance activities and maintain company antivirus systems to help ensure data integrity.
Coordinate daily IT requests, including adding and deleting users, maintaining email groups, and handling other miscellaneous IT-related requests.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
+8 years of experience working in a technical operations or IT support environment is preferred.
Experience with user software testing, evaluation, and operational procedures in a networked environment is strongly preferred.
Ability to provide effective support to both on-site and remote users.
Strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues before escalating them.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
