Job responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the development, implementation, and management of AI-driven IT systems and solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic IT plans aligned with the company’s AI-focused goals and objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, ensuring optimal performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address AI-related IT needs and opportunities.

- Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain operational excellence.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Act as a key liaison between IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in IT management, with a focus on AI technologies and solutions.
- Strong knowledge of AI frameworks, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic IT plans in alignment with business objectives.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex IT environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation in IT projects.
- Certifications in relevant IT and AI domains (e.g., AWS, Azure, TensorFlow) are a plus.
