Responsible for the preliminary planning of real estate project development, such as project market research, feasibility analysis, positioning analysis, architectural design suggestions, etc.;
Undertake the responsibilities of the project manager, responsible for coordinating the planning team to write the preliminary planning report;
Responsible for communicating with customers, including project development, reporting on stage work results, etc.;
Lead the completion of team work arrangement.

Master's degree or above, overseas study is preferred, marketing, real estate, Chinese, advertising and other related majors are preferred.
Have more than 5 years of relevant work experience in real estate pre-consultation and planning, preferably complex, commercial real estate, tourism and cultural real estate.
Strong logical analysis and communication and coordination skills, good team awareness, execution and writing skills, able to withstand work pressure.
Be able to use Office office software proficiently.
Good English ability (especially reading and writing ability) is preferred.
