The Senior Manager’s primary responsibility is to own, develop, and continuously improve the systems and processes that enable this work, with a focus on operational efficiency, reliability, and visibility. The role also directly manages a defined portfolio of creative marketing projects, using firsthand delivery experience to inform improvements that benefit the broader team.

We are looking for a candidate with a track record of building and improving work-management systems in complex creative or marketing environments. The ideal candidate combines advanced hands-on systems expertise, process design, and analytical problem-solving with strong creative project management skills. This role reports to the Executive Director, Program Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Program Management systems using Airtable and other tools to support evolving workflow, reporting, and business needs.
  • Identify systemic workflow issues and implement scalable improvements across intake, prioritization, creative development, feedback, approvals, and delivery to improve throughput, visibility, and stakeholder experience.
  • Partner with Program Management and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business and user needs into system requirements, and prioritize improvements with Program Management leadership based on business impact, urgency, and effort.
  • Maintain system reliability and data quality through troubleshooting, testing, access management, and clear standards for system configuration and use.
  • Lead documentation, training, and rollout of system and workflow changes, gathering user feedback to improve usability and adoption.
  • Track and analyze operational KPIs—including project volume, throughput, cycle time, on-time delivery, capacity, and feedback rounds—to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage portfolio of campaign project management for consumer revenue assets including: email, site ads, order pages, and paid social.
  • Day-to-day project management activities including: reviewing project briefs and requirements, enforcing intake requirements, establishing and maintaining timelines, tracking project status, running kickoff and alignment meetings, facilitating feedback and approvals, and archiving project artifacts.
  • Collaborate with Program Management and cross-functional partners including Consumer Revenue, Revenue Marketing, Creative and Development to ensure campaigns are executed on time, on brand, on strategy, and on budget.
  • Assist with other Program Management initiatives as needed.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • 5-7 years of program/project management, creative operations, marketing operations, or related experience in marketing, advertising, and/or e-commerce
  • Advanced hands-on experience building and maintaining Airtable solutions, including relational data structures, formulas, automations, interfaces, and reporting, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and implement reliable system changes.
  • Experience working with a team of multidisciplinary creatives in a fast-paced marketing environment
  • Familiarity with creative tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Strong command of project and program management best practices, with experience identifying opportunities for automation, AI, and other technology to improve workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to SVPs.
  • Adaptable and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects, shifting priorities, and stakeholders across multiple brands and business functions.
