Ihr Rolle
Weiterentwicklung und Management des werkübergreifenden Transformationsprojekts für den Sales & Operations Planning Prozess (S&OP) hin zu einem standardisierten, SAP-basierten Prozess
Erarbeitung von Strategien zur Umstellung von Planungsprozessen
Projektmanagement innerhalb der Shared Production Unit zur Umsetzung dieser Strategien, d.h. insbesondere Projektplanung, Stakeholder Management sowie Ergebnis-Reviews und fachliche Führung über mehrere Organisationsebenen und Standorte hinweg

User Stories erstellen, Fit/Gap-Analysen und Organisation der Systemtests vor Einführung
Etablierung von Standards sowie Erstellung/Review von Trainingsdokumenten für Enduser
Prozessbetreuung, Koordination, Moderation und Nachhalten von Hoshin Kanri mit dem Management
Ihr Profil
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare akademische Ausbildung
Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsplanung von Großunternehmen im Bereich Optik/Maschinenbau, idealerweise mit Werkstatt-Fertigungsprinzip
Sehr gute Kenntnisse von SAP Integrated Business Planning
SAP ERP Produktionsplanung und -Steuerung
Ausgeprägte Projektmanagement-Erfahrung in matrix-organisierten Konzernstrukturen mit internationalen Produktionsstandorten
Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten auf Senior Management Level
Durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit kombiniert mit der Fähigkeit, sich in unterschiedliche Perspektiven hineinzuversetzen und diese in der Lösungsfindung zu berücksichtigen
