Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Work closely with supervisor to develop strategic and integrated media planning & recommendations, implement media plans and monitor the whole process from briefing to post buy
- Support on campaign execution, inclusive of trafficking, monitoring campaign status and evaluating campaign performance based on agreed KPIs and media efficiencies
- Conduct competitive analysis and regular reports and deduce actions from learnings and insights to achieve campaign KPI
- Work closely with the external media partners and media vendors to ensure the best price is offered to the client through effective negotiation
- Learn to become client’s first point of contact and handle the day-to-day management of the accounts
- Utilizing various propriety planning tools to generate learning and insight from data
- Learn and adapt to the evolving media landscape in Hong Kong on an ongoing basis

Requirements
- Associate degree or above in any discipline, major in Marketing or Media would be an advantage, with 2 years of relevant experience
- Good PC skill, and proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
- Ability to build relationship internally and externally
- Ability to cope with pressure and manage multi-task well in a fast-paced environment as an active team player
- Passionate in media innovation and data insights
- Self-learner, strong attention to detail and being numerate
