Co bude Vaším úkolem

Vést pravidelný AR Committee a koordinovat následné akční kroky.

Aktivně řídit vymáhání pohledávek v České republice a na Slovensku se zaměřením na významné zákazníky a pohledávky po splatnosti.

Spolupracovat s právními poradci a externími inkasními agenturami při řešení složitějších případů.

Podporovat aktivity zaměřené na zlepšování cash flow společnosti, zejména v oblasti inkasa pohledávek, zákaznických záloh a bankovních garancí.

Připravovat pravidelný reporting pohledávek a sledovat vývoj klíčových ukazatelů.

Úzce spolupracovat s obchodním oddělením, instalačním oddělením, projektovými manažery a Shared Services centrem.

Podílet se na automatizaci a digitalizaci procesů Order-to-Cash.

Co od Vás očekáváme

SŠ nebo VŠ vzdělání ekonomického směru.

Alespoň 2 roky zkušeností v oblasti financí, účetnictví, správy pohledávek nebo zákaznické administrativy.

Dobré komunikační a organizační schopnosti.

Samostatný a proaktivní přístup k řešení problémů.

Analytické myšlení a schopnost pracovat s informacemi a souvislostmi.

Znalost MS Excel a znalost SAP je výhodou.

Angličtinu na komunikativní úrovni.
