En Coforge estamos buscando Senior Product Designer (#22770) con el siguiente perfil:

Responsabilidades principales

Diseñar experiencias y productos digitales para plataformas web y móviles.

Desarrollar propuestas de diseño de interfaces UI centradas en el usuario.

Participar en procesos de Service Design y Design Thinking.

Crear prototipos, pruebas de concepto y soluciones visuales.

Desarrollar propuestas de branding, ilustración y animación.

Realizar pruebas con usuarios y validar soluciones de diseño.

Trabajar de manera colaborativa con equipos multidisciplinarios.

Elaborar y realizar presentaciones de alto impacto.

Requisitos indispensables

Más de 5 años de experiencia como Product Designer.

Más de 5 años de experiencia trabajando en productos digitales para plataformas web y móviles.

Experiencia en Service Design.

Experiencia en diseño de interfaces UI, branding, ilustración y animación.

Manejo de herramientas como Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, LottieFiles, Maze, Premiere, Adobe XD, Milanote, Zeplin, Mural, Overflow, Marvel e InVision.

Experiencia en Design Thinking, Customer Journey, Behavior Design, pruebas de concepto, User Testing y prototipado.

Requisitos deseables

Experiencia previa en productos digitales del sector financiero o banca.

Conocimientos de Confluence, Keynote, Miro, Trello y Notion.

Conocimientos de metodologías Kanban y Scrum.

Experiencia utilizando Hotjar.

Habilidades de trabajo en equipo colaborativo, liderazgo, creatividad y comunicación eficaz.

Autonomía, orientación al usuario y capacidad para resolver problemas de manera disruptiva.
