What We’re Looking For
•
5+ years of experience in payments product management or delivery.
•
Experience delivering API-based bank integrations.
•
Strong SWIFT/ISO20022 knowledge.
•
Experience with Cross-Border and UK/EU domestic rails.
•
Strong ability to work embedded within engineering teams and with globally distributed teams.
•
Experience working within cross-functional teams in Agile environments, working with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, and Operations.
•
Proficiency in product/engineering tools (Jira, Confluence), with a data-driven mindset and experience using analytics tools.
•
Proven ability to drive internal platform optimization, automation, and operational tooling.
Additional Qualities We Value:
•
Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to make independent product decisions.
•
Strong systems thinking and ability to reason about distributed payment workflows and state transitions.
•
Experience defining and tracking outcome-based metrics (e.g., integration SLA performance, exception rates, operational cost per integration).
•
Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively and influence cross-functional partners.
•
