Coupang’s recruiters play a critical role in driving our phenomenal growth by identifying and hiring top talent. As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage a portfolio of positions and act as a strategic partner to the organization. You will also function as an ambassador, championing Coupang’s leadership principles and corporate culture

Recruit talent for Coupang’s rapidly expanding business by engaging with candidates, gathering market intelligence, communicating insights, influencing stakeholders, and driving best practices across our recruitment organization.
Employ a data-driven approach to recruiting. Understand targets and fulfill hiring

Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of total experience
Ability to solve problems through creative thinking and partnerships with other teams
Ability to attain challenging targets through goal-setting and personal drive

General understanding of business operations across key areas such as finance/legal/HR/logistics/e-commerce/tech
Experience of hiring talent as an interviewer or a hiring manager
Experience of working or hiring within a start-up environment

Our Hybrid work model: Coupang hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration that acts a catalyst to enrich the experience of employees. Employees are required to work at least 3 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week, depending on the role requirement. Some businesses may require more time in office due to nature of work.
