Your tasks

Aligning design goals with business objectives by implementing design thinking processes to foster innovative, user-centric solutions and promote creative problem-solving and collaboration.
Conducting research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and inform design decisions.
Creating intuitive and delightful user experiences by applying User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, and User Interface Design principles.
Translating your ideas into tangible solutions with wireframes and prototypes.
Leveraging AI-powered design and research tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, content creation, and user insights while applying critical thinking and human-centered design principles.
Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Maintaining and evolving design systems for consistency, and incorporating inclusive design practices per WCAG.

You bring over 5 years of experience in Product/UX design and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Psychology, or a related field.
You are proficient in Figma and have experience implementing Material Design and WCAG in your projects.
You have excellent English communication skills and can effectively present and defend your ideas.
You are resourceful, creative, and confident in solving complex design challenges independently, and managing the entire design process with support.
You are committed to continuously learning to stay current with the latest design and technology trends.
You work well in a team, value diverse perspectives and are open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
You actively mentor junior and mid-level designers while promoting a collaborative design culture.

It would be a real bonus if:

You have experience in the financial services, fintech, or wealth management industry.
You have strong UX research skills, including user interviews, usability testing, and insight synthesis
