1.合理组织生产，在规定的时间内生产出满足客户需要的产品;
2.下属培养，让下属的能力胜任本职工作;
3.带领团队成员、开展本部门的持续改善，不断提高生产效率和降低生产成本:
4.负责本部门的安全管理，营造一个安全、舒适的工作环境;
5.负责生产员工的生产操作、安全培训、确保生产活动符合政策和程序;
6.与ME团队一起开展TPM改善活动，使设备处于一个良好的状态;
7.与各职能部门同事一起，保证本区域生产稳定、顺畅、高效地运行;
8.执行/管理工厂经理制定的关键绩效指标，并持续改进;
9.负责两化融合项目数字化转型中相关任务的具体实施;
1、本科及以上学历，理工科专业优先;
2、熟悉Lean、质量管控、现场管理等知识或技能:
3、英语听说读写良好，能使用英语进行沟通;
4、项目管理能力，良好的冲突管理能力;
5、良好的问题分析和解决能力，逻辑思维能力，良好的沟通、协调和推动改善能力;及不怕困难，勇于
接受挑战和承担责任。
