If you thrive on managing complex, large-scale projects, have a passion for data-driven customer journeys, and possess a deep understanding of premium brand ecosystems, your execution-focused mindset is the missing ingredient in our recipe for success.
What will your day look like?
You will be the key delivery lead for flagship global clients, spearheading high-impact CRM initiatives that drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
In this role, you are a champion of project governance, possess deep expertise in CRM best practices, and excel at managing day-to-day engagement with enterprise stakeholders worldwide. You will focus on keeping multi-stream projects on schedule, within budget, and executed to world-class standards.
More specifically, your tasks include:
- Leading the end-to-end delivery and implementation of CRM and loyalty programs for premier global brands.
- Executing sophisticated, hyper-personalized client communication campaigns from initial concept to global deployment.
- Managing global client relationships from an operational perspective, serving as a trusted strategic partner to ensure project success.
- Developing comprehensive project scopes, complex timelines, and budgets—ensuring deliverables are met efficiently, profitably, and flawlessly.
- Producing high-impact project status reports and compelling presentations for executive client meetings.
Who are you going to work with?
You will be the strategic backbone connecting a high-performing network of project managers, developers, data scientists, and creative designers. You will collaborate alongside talented, driven teammates across the globe who hold themselves to high standards and consistently step up to help one another succeed.
What do you bring to the table?
We are looking for an adaptable, delivery-focused leader with a proven track record of managing projects for large-scale global accounts. You are proactive in driving initiatives forward, ensuring campaigns regularly surpass client expectations. You bring a positive, solution-driven mindset and the agility to navigate the complexities of global matrix organizations. As you will be overseeing several workstreams simultaneously, you are exceptionally organized and can keep the big picture in focus while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
In addition, you have:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within CRM, digital marketing, or an enterprise agency environment.
- Proven experience working with enterprise global brands (experience in the luxury and/or automotive sectors is highly preferred).
- Extensive experience managing key stakeholders across complex, multi-region departments.
- Deep understanding of data-driven workflows, technical projects, and enterprise marketing automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience executing and implementing projects within CRM, web, and/or marketing automation ecosystems.
- Strong proficiency with enterprise platforms, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud.
- The ownership, confidence, and discipline to manage deadlines, estimates, and budgets with precision.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and executive presentation skills in English.
