About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to own our larger accounts and multi-phase programs, from signed contract through discovery, build, launch and the first months after go-live.

This is a senior delivery role. You are accountable for the budget, scope, timeline, and the customer relationship on every project you run, and you carry the conversations that come with them. We want someone who has already managed complex enterprise implementations, understands the challenges of ERP integration, and who has worked in a delivery model where AI does a meaningful share of the work. In this model, you understand that the project manager’s job is to make sure the work is defined well enough for AI and human steps to flow smoothly and with minimal intervention.

What you will do

Own the project from signature to post-launch and deliver it on time, in scope, and on budget.

Turn the contract into a work breakdown with estimates that roll up to the sold number, and close discovery with the Solution Architect on that basis.

Keep the backlog ready. Every piece of work has a trace to the agreed solution design, acceptance criteria, an estimate and its dependencies before it goes to the team.

Keep the project record complete, with every project meeting recorded and filed so the design, the plan and the team’s AI tools can work from it.

Run the project week to week. Record and communicate budget burn, risks and mitigations, blockers with an owner and a date, dependencies on the customer’s IT and ERP partners, and a status the sponsor can act on without a call.

Carry the hard conversations. When scope or expectations drift, say what it costs, defend the team’s estimate and the agreed scope, and route the rest through change control.

Keep the customer relationship and the team healthy through the hard parts. The sponsor and customer trust your numbers, and the team trusts you to protect their estimates and their time.

Take the first call on customer escalations and bring rebaselines and change orders to the customer on your own.

Mentor Project Managers and build the templates, dashboards and working practices the PMO runs on.

What we are looking for

Experience and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.

Seven or more years managing software implementation projects with a contracted budget for enterprise customers, with commerce, PIM or ERP integration projects in the Microsoft ecosystem strongly preferred.

Experience delivering in an AI-accelerated methodology, where meeting records, solution design and backlog quality are what the AI tools and the engineers build from, and where you have seen what happens when they are not in order.

A track record of turning a Statement of Work and its change orders into a work breakdown that rolls up to the contract, and of holding that number through delivery.

Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 from the project side, enough to understand what the integration work is and why it takes the time it does.

Fluent with the work management, time tracking and financial tools a delivery team runs on, and used to keeping them reconciled.

Skills

Writes work definitions and acceptance criteria that a developer can build from without a conversation.

Delivers a firm message to an enterprise customer with the data behind it and stays in the room when it gets hard.

Builds trust with the customer and their team early, and keeps it through a firm conversation or a change order.

Reads budget burn and acts on a deviation before it becomes an overrun.

Holds several accounts at once without losing accuracy on any of them.

Writes updates a director or a customer sponsor can act on without a call.

Uses AI tools daily in their own work and checks what they produce before it reaches anyone else.

Who you are

You like owning a number and a customer relationship at the same time, and you’re comfortable being the person who says what a change will cost. You would rather define the work properly once. You have already worked with AI in delivery, you have an opinion on where it helps, and you want to be on a team that is putting it to work. You take ownership, build trust, drive innovation and succeed together, and you expect the same of the people around you.
