Verantwortlichkeiten
- Abwicklung von Hochbau-, Tiefbau- und Industriebauprojekten in der chemischen Industrie
- Übernahme der Projektmanager-Funktion inkl. Steuerung der ingenieurtechnischen Bearbeitung sämtlicher Fachplaner und Projektbeteiligten
- Sicherstellung von wirtschaftlich optimierten Planungs- und Bauleistungen
- Kontrolle von Kosten, Terminen und Qualitäten
- Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung unterschiedlicher Gewerke in sämtlichen Leistungsphasen (HOAI)
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Betrieben, Stabsstellen und externen Planungsbüros sowie ausführenden Firmen
- Weiterentwicklung der Planungs- und Bauprozesse im Verbund eines integrierten Systemdienstleisters
- Zielgerichtete Teilnahme an internen und externen Fortbildungsmaßnahmen zur sowohl fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterbildung

Anforderungen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur, des Bauingenieurwesens oder des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens mit baulicher Fachausrichtung
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung, Planung sowie Durchführung von komplexen Hochbau-, Tiefbau- und Industriebauprojekten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den technischen Normen und Regelwerken, insbesondere Baurecht, Bauvertragsrecht, Hoch-, Tief-, Straßen- und allg. Ingenieurbau
- Bauvorlagenberechtigung wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse in MS-Project, SAP, AVA-Software, CAD
- Hohes Maß an Kommunikations-, Kooperations- und Innovationsfähigkeit
