Conduct incoming inspection of raw materials and components per approved procedures, drawings, and inspection plans, including First Article Inspection to ensure compliance with defined specifications and acceptance criteria, and executesustaining incoming inspection based on sampling plans to detect defects early and maintain consistent material quality for production readiness.

Work closely withcross functional team such asEngineering, Supplier Quality,Global Sourcing,etc,to align inspection criteria, communicate defects, and ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulatory requirements, by applying problem tools, e.g.,5 Why, Fishboneand participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen.

Theessential requirements of the job include
Diploma ordegreein any Engineering related field or any relevant quality inspection certificateswith 3-5years experiencein manufacturing quality.
工程相关领域的中专或大专学历，或具备相关质量检验证书及3-5年产品或制造质量经验。
Ability to interpret drawings (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
能够解读工程图纸(几何尺寸与公差标注)
Use of measuring instrumentse.g.Vernier caliper, gauges, micrometer, height gauge, andCMM,optical scope is preferred.
能够使用测量仪器，例如游标卡尺、量规、千分尺、高度尺等;及有使用三坐标测量机（CMM）和光学测量仪器等测量设备的经验者优先。
Organized and detail-oriented witha high levelof initiative, self-motivationand energy

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:出差、机动车驾驶记录及身体/环境要求：
Ability to travel –5% travel, overnight, within territory(ifnecessaryvisit suppliers)oroccasional international travelto Singapore.
