As part of our expanding transport infrastructure portfolio, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals for the position of Senior Resident Engineer on a major road and bridge supervision assignment in Georgia. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site supervision activities, coordinate technical teams, and support the Team Leader in ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and contract compliance.

Suitable applicants will have/be:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Professional registration such as PE, Chartered Engineer (CEng), EUR ING, or equivalent professional accreditation.
Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience in road, highway, and transport infrastructure projects.
At least 8 years of international project experience, preferably across multiple countries.
Demonstrated experience in the supervision and administration of major highway construction projects, including pavements, earthworks, structures, bridges, and interchanges.
Previous involvement in projects delivered under FIDIC or similar contract conditions.
Demonstrated ability to lead site-based engineering teams and interact with contractors and clients.
Previous experience on ADB, World Bank, EBRD, AIIB or other MDB-funded infrastructure projects is highly desirable
Prior experience in Central Asia and/or the Caucasus region is strongly preferred.
Excellent English communication and report-writing skills.
