Working closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Care, Supply Chain, Legal, and Commercial Excellence teams, you will help drive operational excellence, improve business visibility, and support sustainable growth across multiple markets. This is an excellent opportunity to gain regional exposure, influence process improvements, and contribute directly to the success of a high-performing commercial organization.

Your tasks include

  • Coordinating sales operations activities across APEC markets, ensuring the timely execution of quotations, purchase orders, delivery follow-up, customer requests, and issue resolution.
  • Managing Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP reporting, dashboards, data validation, and data quality initiatives to support business performance and decision-making.
  • Coordinating the preparation, tracking, renewal monitoring, and compliance of sales contracts and reagent-rental agreements while maintaining audit-ready documentation.
  • Serving as a key operational partner between Sales, Finance, Customer Care, Supply Chain, Legal, Service, and other regional stakeholders.
  • Supporting onboarding activities, governance processes, SOP maintenance, and capability-building initiatives across the Sales Coordination function.
  • Driving continuous process improvements that strengthen operational efficiency, reporting quality, compliance, and commercial execution across the region.
  • Facilitating collaboration across multiple functions and APEC markets to ensure consistent execution, process alignment, and service excellence.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Relevant experience in sales coordination, sales operations, commercial operations, contract administration, or a comparable business support environment.
  • Experience coordinating workflows, supporting teams, or working within a regional, matrix, or multi-country organization.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP, including reporting, dashboard management, data validation, and operational support.
  • Experience supporting quotations, purchase orders, pricing documentation, contracts, compliance activities, and audit requirements.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Fluent English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and multiple time zones. Additional APEC language skills are advantageous
