Role Responsible for design, development, enhancement and maintenance of enterprise client-server, web and Windows applications, with strong expertise in .NET technologies, SQL and modern software engineering practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop applications using C#, .NET Framework and .NET Core.Develop and maintain web and Windows applications using Visual Studio.Develop REST APIs, Web/Windows Services and client-server applications.Design and optimize SQL Server databases, queries and stored procedures.Perform SQL performance tuning, optimization, job creation and scheduling.Develop front-end applications using HTML, JavaScript, MVC and DevExpress.Develop and maintain WinForms/WPF applications where required.Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing using NUnit and Selenium.Use Git/Bitbucket for source control and collaborative development.Apply Generative AI for optimized prompt engineering, agent development and orchestration.Independently analyse technical issues, troubleshoot defects and deliver robust solutions.Key SkillsC#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Visual StudioSQL Server, SQL queries, performance tuning, SQL Jobs & SchedulingMVC, HTML, JavaScript, DevExpressWeb API, Web Services, Windows ServicesWinForms / WPF – added advantageGit / Bitbucket – mandatoryCI/CD – mandatoryNUnit & Selenium – mandatoryGenerative AI, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents & OrchestrationExperience & Education7–10 years of relevant experience in .NET application development.Strong hands-on experience in enterprise web/client-server application development.Engineering degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics / related discipline or equivalent experience.Experience working independently across backend, frontend, database, testing and deployment is preferred.
