As aSoftware Engineer, you'll help build and evolve the platforms behind our mobile, web and backend solutions. Working in a small, cross-functional engineering team, you'll take ownership of delivering high-quality software, contribute to technical decisions, and leverage AI-powered tools to deliver faster, smarter outcomes.

What You'll Do

Design, build and deliver production-ready software across mobile, web, APIs and backend services.

Own software quality, reliability, performance and security from development through to production.

Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver features that create value for hospitality operators and their guests.

Contribute to architecture, code reviews, engineering standards and continuous improvement.

Mentor and support fellow engineers through knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Use AI tools as a core part of your development workflow, from coding and testing to troubleshooting and documentation.

What We're Looking For

Commercial software engineering experience delivering production applications.

Experience in mobile development (React Native preferred; Flutter also considered).

Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, testing and CI/CD practices.

Experience working with APIs, cloud platforms and relational databases.

Comfortable working across the stack and learning new technologies quickly.

Hands-on experience using AI developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Devin or similar.

Nice to Have

C#/.NET, TypeScript/React or Java development experience.

Azure and/or AWS cloud experience.

Knowledge of security best practices, authentication, data privacy and compliance requirements.
