Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Python Engineer to lead the design, development, optimization, and deployment of scalable enterprise-grade applications and platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python development, system performance optimization, CI/CD automation, cloud-native architectures, application security, job scheduling/orchestration frameworks, and emerging AI technologies. This role requires strong technical skills, hands-on development experience, and the ability to mentor engineering teams while driving architectural excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance Python applications and services.
Define engineering standards, coding guidelines, and best practices across development teams.
Drive architecture decisions and technology roadmaps.
Mentor and coach developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Collaborate with product, architecture, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.
Analyze and optimize application performance, scalability, and resource utilization.
Conduct performance profiling, troubleshooting, and bottleneck analysis.
Design solutions capable of supporting high-volume, mission-critical workloads.
Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.
Establish automated testing, quality gates, vulnerability scanning, and release management processes.
Drive DevSecOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Implement secure coding practices and application security standards.
Conduct threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and remediation activities.
Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Design and develop AI-enabled applications and services.
Support AI model development, deployment, monitoring, governance, and optimization.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and identify practical business applications.
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
