The opportunity
The Senior Strategic Sales Lead, will lead Unity Grow's commercial strategy with China's top app publishers and game developers. This is a unified sales role: you'll pitch and sell across both sides of the business. You'll help partners acquire high-value users and turn their audiences into sustainable, high-yield revenue. You'll own the full Unity Grow portfolio of monetization, mediation and user acquisition as one growth solution. This role calls for a sophisticated consultant who understands how to balance user experience (UX), growth and monetization in China's unique mobile ecosystem.
What you'll be doing
- Build C-suite partnerships: Open doors and build strategic relationships with CEOs and monetization, UA and growth leaders at China's top publishers.
- Lead the monetization pitch: Position LevelPlay, the Unity Network and Unity Offerwall as one monetization stack. Advise partners on ad formats, bidding and placements to maximize yield.
- Drive user acquisition: Sell Unity Ads UA, Offerwall engagement campaigns, Aura on-device distribution and Unity CTV to help partners scale against their ROAS and CPI goals.
- Connect both sides: Show publishers how Unity Grow links acquisition and monetization, and grow Unity's share of wallet across both.
- Be the voice of the market: Share local trends and player insights with Global Product teams to shape features for China.
- Speak tech and business: Move easily between SDK and API discussions with engineers and revenue pitches to executives (eCPM, ARPDAU, fill rate, ROAS).
- Own the big moments: Plan and run campaigns during key commercial windows like Golden Week, Singles' Day and Lunar New Year.
